3. Delivery Options & Estimated Timeframes

United Kingdom

🚚 Standard Delivery (3-5 Business Days) – £3.99 (Free on orders over £50)
🚀 Express Delivery (1-2 Business Days) – £6.99
📍 Click & Collect (Same Day Pickup) – Free (Available at 68 The Broadway, Stanmore, HA7 4DU)

Europe

🌍 Standard International Delivery (5-10 Business Days) – £9.99
🚀 Express International Delivery (3-5 Business Days) – £14.99
📌 Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service delays. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

4. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays).
  • Orders placed before 12 PM (UK time) will be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next business day.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.

6. Failed or Missed Deliveries

If you miss your delivery, the courier will leave a calling card or email you with rescheduling options. If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, we will issue a refund minus the shipping cost.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  2. Contact the courier to check for any delays.
